Dr. Webster has successfully helped companies — from Fortune 500 to start-up — across many industries in North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. His passion and expertise are supporting leaders to articulate and coalesce a clear business strategy, redesigning and implementing the necessary organization changes to accelerate achievement of their growth objectives, and enlarging the productive capacity of current and emerging leaders to effectively collaborate and execute the enterprise agenda.
Prior to expanding his role with Strategy Innovations, Dr. Webster was responsible for driving cross business unit performance improvement using principles, practices, and techniques such as Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement methodologies. He has repeatedly led large and small-scale change initiatives throughout the entire enterprise. Dr. Webster has held management and executive positions with Procter & Gamble, Americold, Amazon.com, Bank of America, ING, Avnet, and Fidelity.
Webster is a graduate of the University of Management and Technology with a Doctorate in Business Administration. He also earned an MBA from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Webster is also PMP and Master Black Belt certified.
